He's cold and professional. Not really a "take over the world" himself kind of villain, but just a dedicated career villain. A character who kind of reminds me of his personality is Falcon Graves from "DuckTales" (2017), though Graves was played more for laughs as a foil to Mark Beaks and Magnus is from more of an action cartoon universe.
