There was this kid at the Mall of America doing all sorts of acrobatics at around lunchtime while I was at work. I can still see him in my mind, but I wanted to see if I could draw him while he was mid-pose. I suppose, I just wanted to see if I can remember how his body looked, and if I can portray it with a pen.

The hard spots that I found about this seven minute sketch were: trying to remember how the action looked and moved, how the torso was formed, and how the legs looked. Needless to say, I don't think I did very well.

I remember his body all curved like the line I drew to my left, and I tried to follow that, but I could never be satisfied with at all how the torso looked, or, rather, how it turned while he was working to keep the flip going. I know it was twisted somehow, but I just couldn't remember. The legs also threw me off, and I couldn't figure out in those seven minutes where the legs should go. For now, I simply tried to just draw them as I thought to see them.

Head was also a problem. I think I knew intuitively enough that the left line would move from head all the way through the center of the body, but I didn't realise that until there was only a minute left. I initially drew the head sideways and canted, which looked quite odd.

Anyways, I guess it was successful. Oh, wait; oh shit! The feet! D:
