Aw, thanks. I love her outfit, too! What I wouldn't give to be able to wear something like that, and to have it look half as good as it does on her. And I agree, it really goes along nicely with her fur. Those lucky snow leopards, they've got the kind of fur that makes just about anything look good! Plus you know what a sucker I am for pink in combination with other colors, especially black. Oh, and yes, she's just one of those characters who make it so easy to get to know them. I've already had several ideas, and she's another one I'm going to try to work into my short story series with Ruth and those characters. Possibly as an aspiring rock star. *Grins* Though I just can't imagine where I might have gotten that idea!

I just know that you will make her into a very well-established character with a very interesting background and personality! Ohmigosh, and will she become good friends with Ruthie, hee! I can just so see that happening!

I did. I just loved her so much from the moment I saw her. I hope you're not too disappointed. You're certainly welcome to borrow her, too, if you like. I should have a rough character outline put together before too long. Though I'm sure there are one or two items on it you can guess already. As for her being friends with Ruth? It's most certainly a possibility! I'd even go so far as to suggest it's a certainty.

Aw, well I'm glad. I knew you wanted her, but I didn't want to see her vanish under both of our noses. You never know when some sneaky person might have made another bid! You can bet I'll take very good care of her, too. And sure thing! There's no obligations of course, but if you ever decide you want to play with her, then feel free. No matter what you decide to do with her, I'm sure it would be wonderful. And I know she'd enjoy whatever you had in mind!

It would have been a shame if someone else had snagged her away, and I wouldn't have been surprised if that would have happened, because she did seem to be very popular after all! She did seem to be quite popular, yes. I can't say I'm at all surprised. Neko's art is really adorable, and whatever she might think of Jett now, I think she's one of the prettiest characters Neko has ever shown us! Of course, I have a weakness for pink and black, skirts and legwarmers so I guess maybe I'm a little bit biased. *Sooooo wants to be able to wear those clothes!* As for writing about her, sure that makes sense. I'm sure it probably won't take too long for me to write at least a short story about her. She really is one of those characters you look at and you know she's got all kinds of stories she wants to tell you. And as I said, I plan to put together a character outline, which I could send to you when I get that finished, if you're interested.

*Purrs* Who doesn't like the idea of big, fluffy kitty mistresses who can do as they will? I'm sure it won't take me long to get them together somehow. I may just get a commission of the two of them at some point, too. I've been wanting to get Ruthie drawn for a while now, and I'd love to get more art of Jett. (My first snow leopard character of any kind! It just makes me so happy!)

Yes, I definitely agree, it's certainly not at all a surprise Jett was so popular, because Neko does draw adorable characters! And I know what you mean, some of those characters just have that quality that when you look at them, you can just almost hear all the stories they have to tell. Oh, and I would indeed be interested in that character profile, that would certainly be a big help for when I should write about her myself, too

Mmm, well, I can certainly think of a couple of girls who certainly do not mind about that... And it would definitely be awesome seeing some art of them, too! I'll definitely be looking forward to seeing Ruth brought to life in a drawing, and if she'd be together with Jett, that would make it even more fluffily awesome!

Oh yes. There's something about the kinds of characters that Neko designs that really makes writing for them very easy, too. It's kind of a pity she doesn't do more with stories herself, since she's clearly very talented. And sure, once I've got the profile together I'll send it right on over.

I can think of a couple of girls who might like that sort of thing, too. Oh yes. I'd love to get some art of Jett and Ruth together, too. Or maybe the two of them with Rachel, too, if I can find an artist willing to draw that many characters. I have a feeling the three of them would make an adorable little trio all snuggled up together.

I know, that is indeed a shame, but at least she does keep providing us with some very lovely characters to adopt and write stories for ourselves. And thank you, I'll be keeping an eye out for the profile!

Mmm, yes, it's after all a very lovely thing to do... *giggles and winks* Well, and there's lots of artists willing to do pictures of more than two girls at once, you just would have to most likely fork over a bit more cash for the extra characters But I certainly agree, a soft, snuggly picture with the three of them would be so absolutely adorable!

Very true. And I suppose I can't complain. After all, it's so much easier to take a more or less blank character and give her a history than it would be to try to work with a character who was already very well developed. I guess I just find it hard to imagine creating a character without some idea of who she is and what she wants. That's writers for you, maybe.

It is indeed. And yeah, I'm sure there are plenty of artists who would be willing to draw three characters at a time. I guess I'm just a little picky on who I commission for some things. But I'm sure I'll get a picture done eventually. It shall add it to my ever growing list of things to get drawn!

Ah, indeed, it might be a writer's thing; after all we writers do tend to create our own characters from scratch ourselves, and we get very distinctive ideas, so when we see a certain character, we have certain ideas of what (s)he would be like, and then it can be a bit hard if the character in question already has an established background and personality.

But even so, I don't doubt a number of the artists you have already commissioned before would be glad to take on a picture with three or more characters in them. *giggles softly* And in any way it's a good idea to put it on your list, so you will have a bit of a reminder

Yeah, it can be. Which is why I've never really tried to write for somebody else's character before. I just don't trust myself to get it right, unless I really know the character. Though there are one or two characters I'd still love to try writing for all the same.

Oh yes. There are so many artists I'd love to approach with the idea, and to see them do it. It's just a matter of catching them at the right time, that's all. Though that shouldn't be too hard, either.

I definitely know what you mean. I started out with fanfiction, which is a quite good way to practice writing for established characters, and it did help me a bit when I sometimes wrote a story for someone else with their character(s) in it, but it's still quite hard to do. I'm always asking for tons of specific information and details and possibly examples of how someone's character is and behaves and reacts so I can be sure to get it all right myself as well.

Mmm, yes, it can be a bit tricky with so many artists now doing those Iron Artist or 100 Sketches things, which are usually for just one character per drawing only, but I'm still pretty sure that you'll manage to find an artist whose work you love and who will be willing to draw a picture with more than two girls in it. And I'll certainly be looking forward to it

Oh my... she's beautiful. I don't know why I haven't seen this pic until now. I actually have a leopard character, myself. He's a regular leopard, though. Anyways, puttin' this on my fave's. ^_^

She is. I only adopted her, so every bit of credit for her design goes to  strawberryneko who created her. But I fell in love with her as soon as I saw her. I've always had a fondness for snow leopards, and leopards in general and after nearly 13 years in the fandom I decided it was high time I got one of my own.

And it's easy to overlook pictures sometimes. Or sometimes they just don't show up in the new submissions queue. I've got a friend who I send links to every time I upload something simply because he's missed so many of my submissions that way. But I'm glad you like her!

Heh. I've always been a fan of both dogs and cats of all kinds. It's probably what got me into the fandom, myself. I've only been a part of the fandom for.... well, a little over three years now, but it's been well worth it. ^_^ I.. yeah I'm gonna end this post now (once again out of things to say :P).
