Sometimes there's just that one itch on your body that you just can't reach so you need to rely on your surroundings to assist you. For a big dragon like me, traffic is always there to assist me, even when I use some of the vehicles too harshly to the point that they're no longer operational...Same goes for the unfortunate surrounding areas~ I guess that's what insurance is for, so I've heard.
