Apparently there's some ruling with polymorph in some edition of pathfinder or DnD that lets a kobold scale up into a hydra without losing too much with how adjacent they are with species and classification tags. Now, me enjoying the hell out of gimmicky tabletop characters, this was some fun that I could get behind, and  falneir wanted some art to go with their character of theirs - centering on the original form, a style tattoo, and hint of what's to come!
