Who knew Rosa was a fan of radio static?
Truthfully, I set my radio alarm clock to wake me up with STATIC! It's true, I have purposely set the dial to where there's no radio station. I found that static wakes me up without scaring the living daylights out of me with music or DJ 'Talk'
