I didn't say that... It's just the new fad of casting, and the way he's approached his storylines lately are a bit 'samey' no matter what movie he's making.
I hear he's going to try his hand at The Addams Family. X_x I hope Depp and Carter are absent... it'll be a good opportunity for him to go back to his roots and make something memorable.

In my opinion, I think corpse bride is one of the best movies Tim Burton has done so far, and a personally It's my favorite film, but I can see what you mean. All of Tim Burton's projects seem to be quite repetitive and predictable. I mean, I recently saw the movie, Frankenweenie, and it was very similar to this film. The main character looked like Victor and had the same name. By the way, great work!
