I get the feeling, man. Sometimes thoughts just invade your head and its hard to rest after a long and horridly eventful day. My best remedy for this is a nice warm drink of your choice, a pen and paper to write those thoughts on, and nice music. Either that or shove it deep and worry about it later. Either or for whatever is most convenient.

all joking aside, being the Warrior of Light is something the narrative has always hinted at being something that takes a horrible toll on our intrepid hero, but because of the good ol' blank slate protag syndrome that an MMORPG must facilitate, it can't really show through just what the trauma does to someone.

My own FF14 character is an alcoholic and a gigantic mess. Drinking is how she copes with the never-ending nightmares and menial chores alike she's asked to stand up against...

add to that the sort of violent inner turmoil a Dark Knight must face for their power to come to fruition, and... yeah, I can empathize with Mary.

I can also empathize with the pain you must have gone through having to draw the mess that is sharlayan beds and archetecture.
