Yes. When I was a kid in Detroit, a Saturday night horror movie host from Cleveland was piped in to one of our local stations. Parma, Ohio was often the butt of his jokes on the show, and he'd say things like, "That guy got out of there like a bat out of Parma!"

Did you know that the same horror movie host who used to make fun of Parma also used to use Cheez Whiz as a prop on his show, or was that a comment on the background?

I miss those days of local tv shows with their own horror show hosts. They were always the best. :)
