You know it used to be you would have to say "I wish for" or "I wish that you'd" for a wish granting being to grant a wish. Seems like they are handing out wishes like candy now with the not needing to say I wish and them just taking anything you say as a wish.
Increased risk of heart failure, difficulty breathing, irreversible damage to knees over time...
Being plump isn't all sunshine and rainbows y'know. You need a body structure and metabolism that can support it properly.
Bears use their fat storage during winter hibernation, for example, without compromising their muscle tissue.

I call bollocks on what that fairy defines as a "wish".
Also, there may be two wishes that could fix this:
"I wish that any wishes granted by fat fairies no longer increased BMI at all.
Furthermore, I wish that any BMI gained as a result of wishes granted by fat fairies to be reversed."
Do you think those would work?
