That thing on the right is so damn cool. What is it?

Oh, I been redoodling that thing...uhm..you guys all saw her in...let me get the link...right here: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/4552053/ and most of you guys kept asking about what it was...so..been noodling her looks off and on in the last few doodles.

Not sure how she is setup beyond some form of 'blinding' head armor and head tentacles, and clawed looks. Feel free to mess with it! haha!
