Submitting this before I possibly screw it up with color, this is a school project so I hope it turns out alright.

I like your train of thought. Though I think color will go a long way in distinguishing your foxes. They all look fairly similar to me, then again I'm running solely on caffeine at this point. Sorry about not leaving some long debatable comments lately, been kinda bogged, but Ill see to it that I try and write something for at least one of your recent pieces. Just not now. Right now, I'm gonna get some more AMP.
Yeah, after drawing so many characters on this and the last one I started to revert to auto-draw mode, which means lots of canids, which will hopefully get a little definition through there clothes and coloration. It's fine that you haven't been writing, I know you're busy with school and whatnot (trust me so am I!) I did send you your commission prelims, did you get those?
I think this is really interesting! Very nicely done.
I agree with Odones in that I think color will do a lot to strengthen the piece and help make the visual elements more distinct, but even so, most of the characters are already quite distinguishable from the others. Color may also help lead the viewer's eye through the piece a bit better, but again, I think it works pretty nicely as is.
I can't wait to see how it looks when you've colored it! I'm sure it'll be a very strong composition, so I certainly don't expect that you'll "screw it up!" :)
