Kukulkan is Admiral Danior's most trusted warrior, and he can wield any weapon. He is secretly gay, but he doesn't show it to anyone else... until Ratchet had the suspicion that he was gay. His feathers for hair carries enormous power and prestige, that he would often pluck a few of them and tie onto the weapons, which grants the weapon with the power to never miss. Even a clumsy fool can throw the spear in the wrong direction, and it'll still hit the target in a bullseye fashion.

Chip the flower dragon has a secret huge crush on Kukulkan as he would blush brightly and unknowingly create a massive bouquet around him... It was rumoured that Kukulkan is Chip's brother, but they do not share any DNA together.

There was no information on where Kukulkan came from, nor who are his parents, as he came crash landing in the kingdom while in his protective egg. It was rumoured that his parents jettisoned him out to space in hopes that he would grow up in a better place when his original home planet was in grave peril.
