A commission of Admiral by

hbruton exploring the ruins of Egypt with his Pharaoh hound guide. This piece in it's first incarnation appeared in the Wish You Were Here calendar released by

During the concept stage, it was decided an English Setter would be used in the piece. Due to a miscommunication, an Irish Setter appeared in the piece. I met with Natasha and Heather at MFF. They both felt bad about the change. They insisted on re-painting the piece. I offered Admiral's reference pics and now he's in Egypt! It was very hard to say no to two such wonderful artists! ^_^ The painting is absolutely stunning in person, in all it's 11 x 14 glory!
To my knowledge, there will be no prints available of this new version. So, I asked Nastasha, Heather and Coyote Tangent if they would mind if I uploaded it here for fellow art enthusiasts to check out. Enjoy!

Like I said I bred and showed/owned them so I know exactly how they should look Also that isn't an Ibizan!! That is a Pharaoh Hound. Look them up ;) Don't trust all breed websites, they easily mess up breed photos.
