Most of my pepper plants died when the fertilizer went south. Now I'm using a better balanced fertilizer and more light. I built this unit with two principles in mind:
A) Mobility. This unit it easy to move around even fully loaded. With large castors on the frame, this unit glides around over carpet and floor like a dream.
B) Compact. This unit is close to the ground, and uses considerably less wood. The design is also a lot easier to load buckets into and out of the frame.
It's not the last version I'll make, but it's the best one I've come up with so far. I'm very very very happy with just how much better it is than some of the first frames I put together.
PS: The top bar IS even I promise you. It's a trick of the camera that makes it look like the right side is a good 5 inches taller.
