This is my latest tabletop game character that I've been playing for the past while.

Daron is a ranger by trade, though a bard by class. In the setting my group is playing in Rangers are an organization all their own, and while most of them are Rangers (the class) it's not a requirement, necessarily.

Originally Daron was slated to become a part of the Exploration Corps. but events caused him to be sent to the Office Corps. as a punishment. It was only meant to be a year, but he remained dutifully for much longer, hoping each year he would be brought back to normal duty. His part in the adventure begins by being finally asked to perform a retrieval task by a superior. Take a strange chest discovered in the miasma and bring it back to headquarters.

How was he to know he would meet an old friend, a wayward sorceress, and so much more?
