The latest chapter in the Fallout series features all the weapons and playstyles featured in Fallout 3, as well as a new "slapstick" system.... which is essentially a VATS melee system of slapping people with large fish.

I totally pre-ordered New Vegas too. I hope it's as good as the last one. I really haven't read anything about it, but I think it probably will be. x3
