I've been sick recently and I wanted to experiment doing some personal art. Commissioned work never comes out good when I work while feeling ill. I wanted to try a new painting technique and I'm extremely happy with how it came out. I don't know if I will ever offer this as a commission type since this alone took 12 hrs worth of work. I can't imagine how long it would take for a massive piece.
This one involves my god character, Mylial, being struck down by a corrupted arrow sent from his sister, Amaranth. Within the lore of their world, when the two were on the mortal plane, he betrayed her which caused the two to battle it out till eventually Amaranth was sealed away and Mylial was sent into a deep slumber back in Heaven.
