Reminds me of reading Megatokyo back in the day, where the first two weeks of story took a year for the artist to draw. Granted, he was ambitious with drawing full-panel comics, but it was wild going back and reading them and realizing how little time actually transpired.

I hear Fred was an architect by trade, so it makes sense that he'd want to make sure it's got the detail to match his ridiculous story XD

This brings up something. Can Fen breast feed the babies or does she need to be the pregnant one to make milk, or do her boobs even work that way? Are they just shapely moobs?

Feretta is the final arbiter of course, but given irl examples of hermaphroditism as well as shared parental duties, Fen could probably actually breast feed. IRL even biosex males can lactate given the right circumstances, and I'm given to understand women can experience sympathetic lactation.

As for boobs versus "moobs", again given IRL science and assumptions, it could go either way but I'd assume that they're more or less "functional" mammaries. But again, this is all speculation on my part, Feretta would be the final arbiter here.

2. What does make fen on the parent department? I mean, it's simpler when it comes to a male being a dad and a female being a mom.

I would argue that, because Fen uses female pronouns and thus seems to identify as female (or at least feminine) she's a mom. Of course, Vix is also mom so in future if Fen (and the artist of course) agrees with that assessment, they would probably have to use different motherly words for their kids. Mom and Mother, for example, though that could be read as overly formal for one of them.

I think it all comes down to how you define a father. Is a father a male parent? Then Fen would also be a mother. Or is a father the one who sired the children (impregnated the mother)? Fen would be a father using that definition. I tried looking online for some info on it, but could not find anything definitive. Even Meeka is not sure on that one.

That's the trouble with this kind of thing: There's different ways to define words sometimes, and without a solid established convention it could be difficult. The person who wrote that article you quoted was apparently using the definition "one who sires children", which is perfectly serviceable...but "male parent" is equally serviceable. At this point I daresay it falls to personal preference.

Which type of twin are they meant to be? Identical Twins (girls I'd guess)? Semi-Identical/Sesquizygotic Twins (theorized to be twins formed from 1 egg and 2 sperm… theoretically they could be different sexes, but otherwise look fairly identical)? Fraternal Twins (standard 2 eggs 2 sperm type of twin)?
Either way. They are too stinkin adorable.
