Update: 20240316, after looking back over the submission I was able to turn comments back on. I have not changed anything said within the post itself since it was posted over 2 years ago. I have been planning on doing an update on everything that has happened but this is such a interconnected conflict both internationally and internally that mixed in with biased reporting it is hard to get the clean clear cut facts.

At 0500 Local Time, on Wednesday the 24th of February 2022 (the day of this posting) The Military of the Russian Federation launched an all out assault on the nation of Ukraine under the guise of a "Special Military Operation" ordered directly by Russian President Vladimir V. Putin to demilitarize the nation of Ukraine. This came only days after Russia recognized the sovereignty of the two areas known as The Donetsk People's Republic and the Luhansk People's Republic and moved military forces into the areas. This comes after months of military build up in western Russia, the Crimean Peninsula, and northern Belarus. Reports are coming in as the day continues and combat is currently underway in Ukraine as the people desperately try to defend their homeland. Missile strikes have hit major cities such as Kyiv, Kharkov, and Odessa. Videos show burnt out and destroyed vehicles and helicopters patrolling the skies, MiGs and Sukhois dance in the sky for air superiority. During an emergency meeting of the United Nations General Assembly, at 2300 on Tuesday February 23rd 2022 Eastern Standard Time Ukrainian representative Sergiy Kyslytsya told Russian representative Vassily Nebenzia of his nations actions "There is No Place in Purgatory for War Criminals, They Go Straight to Hell" referring to the missile and airstrikes conducted by Russian forces on civilian targets including a rocket salvo launched by what seems to be a MiG-29 Fulcrum of the Russian Aerospace Forces onto a Ukrainian Women's property. I am not going to get as much into it as you can read online but I will say this. Ukraine needs the world now more than ever, this invasion is unwarranted and under false flags and pretends, this is truly not just an invasion, but truly War. To those saying who cares what happens, that's over there and not my problem, that's what the world said in 1939 when Germany invaded Poland, which sent the world into 6 years of war into the second bloodiest conflict in recorded history. Do not let Ukraine become a second Poland, do not let Ukraine die with the backs of the world turned to it, because as of now Ukraine Is Not Yet Lost!

(To any Ukrainians able to see this, I wish and hope for your utmost safety and security. My eyes are glued to the news of the brave heroes such as the Heavenly Hundredth, Heroes of Krytu, Donetsk Airport Cyborgs, and Ghost of Kyiv. I pray for a immediate withdrawal of all hostile forces back to Russia and peace to be talked out, but I think we all know that will not happen, so instead I ask of you this. Fight, fight for your home, for your brothers, sisters, family, friends, neighbors, and anything you hold dear. Fight until the last bullet, the last man, the last breath, and last ounce of strength, just as much as you need the world for help, the world needs you to hold out, so that we can have time to come help you, it would do no one good for the cavalry to come in with no plan or unsustainable numbers, every second you hold out, is a second the world gets to be able to help you. You are not just a nation, you a people with a great long history stretching back as far and farther than the Kievan-Rus, you are a nation that has had to bleed for everything its obtained, to fight simply to be alive. Keep fighting, keep going, and make sure that the world notices you and your struggle. Give every enemy sun flower seeds for their pockets, so they may bloom when they die in your land.
