Hi! This is my first post I'm making trying my hand at writing something readable. Fair warning, I didn't do any proof-reading for spelling, and I didn't revise it to make it sound better or tell itself more appealing. This is essentially a first draft I threw together and decided to upload as is.
If you would be so kind to me, I would really love some input on it. Did you enjoy reading it? Do you think I had enough detail or description? Any constructive criticism could go a long way for my story-telling.
The plan, after this sort of introduction to my character and the type of person she is, is to have regular (but not scheduled!) posts that continue to expand on Xalia, what she does, and the bigger role she plays for herself and others around her. I'm not writing a book series, but rather a collection of short stories that drive home more consistently what the greater story actually is.
