Custom design commission for TCgamerboy2002 of his character Jack Brenner - the top agent at I.M.P.A.C.T. (Internal Military Protection Association of Counter Terrorism). No matter how dangerous the mission may be, he always gets the job done. He's very stoic and serious, though he does deliver one-liners when the situation calls for it. :)
