I made these Quesodillas tonight from my own recipe. I am not as specific with measurements when I cook as I am when I bake but I will try and put a general guideline here for you..
They turned out SOO good and yummy I had to share
You will need:
thin steak
a tomato
a green pepper
one lime
shredded cheese (sharp cheddar or a mexi blend)
sour cream
tortillas
(Optional other ingredients include)
jalapeno juice from the jar(I used Vlasic jalapenos)
salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, lemon pepper..... (whatever you like to season steak)
a small amount of oil
Cut thin slices, Cook and season your steak to taste using spices listed above. Try to use very little oil to keep it lean.. the cheese and sour cream will add enough calories.. ha
Before steak is completely cooked squeeze lime juice onto it and let it cook on for a couple minutes
Prepare sauce mixture (for mine I used a lot of sour cream mixed with a spoon full of jalapeno juice, 2 spoons full of salsa, and half a limes worth of juice)
take a tortilla and spread shredded cheese on the bottom half.
Add cooked steak on top of cheese
Cut thinly sliced tomatoes and green peppers and add them on top of steak.
Drip on a fair amount of sour cream sauce onto the meat
Cover with more cheese
Fold Tortilla in half
At this point I lightly oiled the outside of the tortilla (you could use cooking spray or possibly nothing..)
Then I took the tortilla and placed it on the George foreman grill for several minutes to melt the cheese..
If you do not have a George foreman grill you could use a flat frying pan as long as you keep pressure on the tortilla with a spatula so that it stays together while it cooks (flip once when ready)
This turned out WONDERFUL and is great dipped in your leftover sour cream sauce.
a bit of work.. but TOTALLY worth it!!! Sorry my measurements arent exact because everyones taste is slightly different and I modify the recipe every time...
Best quesadilla's I have ever had

well, you'd need to boil the pasta separately in water, heat up the sauce in a small pan or medium one, depending on how much you're making. and also brown the ground beef separately, not in ball shapes or anything, just spread it out and let it brown evenly. after all is cooked nicely, you put as much pasta in the bottom, beef in the middle, and pour the warm/hot sauce on top of it all, put some parmesean on top and presto!
