Chibi Daelyhel as Jiriaya
Jiriaya "The Great Mountain Toad Sage" has always been one of my favorite characters from the Naruto Series.
I have personally loved to dress up as Jiriaya, but here is a Merge between the two personalities.
For those that will notice, yes there is Native American designs added to Jiriaya's traditional look, that is because this is a fusion of sorts.

I really like the concept here. You're not simply cosplaying as Jiraiya, but combining the two characters into one. Just out of curiosity, what are those blue things on his hips?
My only real critique here is the face, something's bugging me about it. One eye seems a bit smaller than the other (or is it just my imagination, or is that like an expression?), and something's bugging me about his chin, like the way it curves up in the middle.
Mostly minor nitpicks though, I do enjoy what you've done with this piece.

In that case, my only real critique is that you should probably see a piece of the scroll from between his legs. xP That and a softer line between the chin and the goatee ... or something. I'm not really good at this critiquing stuff I guess. ^_^U
