95% of the time, Remi is the silly, happy-go-lucky kinda guy that pretty much everyone at the PCA is familiar with. This is what he's like the other 5% of the time, as our (un)lucky visitor from Celadon just found out.
But then again the dope did yank on his tail, and you just don't do that to a Smeargle... let alone one that's over 6' tall and built like a freight train. So he really deserved what he got there.
