I have high hopes for the reboot series, personally. Its being made by the original creators themselves. There is nobody better for the job.

On top of that.. The original creators, aren't exactly enthralled with the whole 'woke' trends. And it may be why it hasn't been picked up sooner from some of the scuttle butt. They are not willing to bend that much on things, to 'accomodate' the trends. Or so some of the rumors have gone. I expect, while there may be a few nods or such to certain things. It is no longer the 90s. I don't think you'll be seeing something 'woke' as it was. So many of us fans are.. eager, and hopeful. To see how things go.
