The fact that you claim in your journal to have read "1984" and yet go out to censored my criticism on your journal by deleting my comment of your complete ignorance about this conflict shows to me, that you have completely missed the point of the book. It's definately not "propaganda is everywhere equally" and "duck and don't talk politics". Winston's journey through the book was not a path to be followed, but a tragedy of a totalitarian system exploiting it's people, brainwashing them to a point where they develop "double think" and lie to themselves whilst ignoring reality, if ordered to. Blind support.

You're not helping, you're part of the problem.
