For any athlete, the top of the mountain is when you finally earn that title of "champion" in your sport. No matter what league, the competition, the level it's on, you want to go out there and win it all, show that you're the best. After 9 long seasons as starting goalie for the Victoria Totem Paws in the  fhl that dream was finally realized. A long time coming, a lot of dedication to a team that'd been stuck in the mud for many years. Our closest chance previously was coming up short in the conference finals back in season 3. But all of that is in the past now, we can finally say we are the Furry Cup champions... or more importantly, now I can cross it off my list of accomplishments as an FHL goalie. We've still got a title defense in the ongoing season 10, so we aren't done yet. But the ride doesn't last forever, and for one shining moment, I got to sit on the top of the throne before my career ends, so better celebrate.

This was commissioned a while back in honor of the Furry Cup Finals for season 9 of the  fhl a few months back, but only recently completed by the very talented Puppercase on Twitter. I don't know if he has an FA, but he does deserve the support for his great work. It was nice to indulge my long interest to get more hockey themed commissions, especially for something based on my Totem Paws in the FHL.
