Cosmic creation crashes outward. The title says they're Children of the Sea, but it seems like the sea that is the whole of the universe is being generated by these two figures. These two who possess two forms, that of humanoid, and that of serpentine dragon.
Should we take some deeper meaning from this, or is it just how important Indrys and Vygo are, to you, and to your story? Clearly, they are central, in your own creation, even if their circumstance is merely a unique fluke of the forces of the universe.
