Which states the question. Asari reproduce through mind vulcan link things...How does that have to do with krogan sterility?

Now that you mention it, yeah, it'd be totally possible for them to "reproduce" with Asari (in fact, there are some hints of them being able to do just that in ME2, with the awkward couple on Illium and all...).

It's just that the Krogan species (generally) wants to have Krogan children, not Asari ones...which kinda makes sense :o
