There is just so much action in this scene let me tell you. Atleast we get to see just what his equipment is :P So here we are out in the lot, Rusty getting his camera and such. Looks like an awfully expensive camera.

Agreed cliff hangers are annoying. Let's see there seems to be an expression of I think content and nostalgia in the second panel, and it can be told he takes care of the camera considering that he is petting it instead of rushing to get it back. Something about his hand draws my eyes, though I'm not sure what.
