I'll be real, I absolutely love the punk/skater aesthetic. So I looked back at the local 2000's days, picked up my favorite album, and brainstormed an hour or so until I had this little simple attire. I wanna sever the bonds with Rise and his "basic" clothes so yeh, here he is in a new look for now!
