A Dragon Claw with psychic abilities. Knowing how to read minds, see the future, and even teleport and fly without the use of wings. They hold history to themselves, as they know a lot from seeing the future, but they can only see little of the future, just enough to give them a head start. They only do this if their eyes are closed, with that, their third eye appears in between their horns and they can see all around them. These Claws have rather smooth scales instead of rough scales. They are very peaceful and defensive. They channel their breathing very well, considering they have four nostrils.
