I hope you all enjoy this lore fragment, Im doing more to make this species more incredible than apparently be.
Protocol 140: The Fall of the Ring World
Centauris 44, the ring-shaped world, where civilization was made up of every type of being existing or possible existence in the universe. Diverse systems kept this the perfect place to have life, no kind of natural catastrophe could endanger the lives of the inhabitants of Centauris. A small mistake made that all change... day 674 after its creation Centauris already showed a kind of problem, a failure in the ring world commands caused the entire world population to be without oxygen, carbon and hydrogen supply for more than 10 minutes... the reason for the crash is unknown, all that is known is that only a number of approximately 50 inhabitants can contemplate the chance to open their eyes again and see the light of their artificial star shine in their eyes. Of the more than 2 billion living beings, only 50 were left alive? It could be something serious compared to another crash that could finally take all the life of this planet up in the air. There was an intruder inside the world ring commands, which caused the security team to be activated on all 4 poles of the ring, but nothing was found. After approximately 7 days another crash occurred, but this one was more serious. What happened? The gyrospheric system that kept our world spinning was unexpectedly deactivated, it was a great brake on the entire surface... but luckily for us there were few victims of the catastrophe, the law of inertia has never been so put into practice as it is now. About 80 of the 500 lives that repopulated the world were lost. Buildings, houses and various buildings could be seen from outside the ring, but totally destroyed. Centauris after 3 days received one last alert, this time it was something incredibly worse! The solar plates that then served to distinguish day from night became detached from their orbit and began to fall towards the ground at which they pointed. From all over the command centers a message was being received; "I did it, you threatened our space and you will pay for it." Just everything was silent, until all the ground of the world and all its air started to be on fire due to the high heat and radiation received from the artificial star... our systems started to overheat and then several explosions coming from generators and storage warehouses. radioisotope molecules were heard, that's when we could tell; "it's the end of our home...". Only 3 of the gravitational command center personnel managed to escape unharmed, however I am dying from radiation every second I write this report. I may be saying goodbye now to this miserable life of mine, but I still want the next generations to discover what and who caused the destruction of my world.
