Honestly? Among the new starters? That's a good question.
Sprigatito is easily popular, and I can see why. In addition? That grass cat pokemon reminds me of my cat, Stormy!
Fuecoco is a cute chili pepper crocodile, that has an uncanny resemblance to Bub, from "Bust-A-Move"!
Quaxly? Well, it looks like a duck with a wig or hat-like hair! XD
They all have a charm I like about them, to be honest!

Other thoughts, about some of the starters and their evolutions!
= Fennekin (Good call; especially knowing how adorable fennec foxes are!)
= Greninja (A frog pokemon with a tongue used as a scarf; how funny!)
= Litten (This pokemon DEFINITELY reminds me of Grumpy Cat...and a cat I used to have, named Gingersnap!)
= RIllaboom (Reminds me of Tarzan; at least Disney's version!)
= Snivy (Honestly? This snake bears an uncanny resemblance to Phineas, from "Phineas & Ferb"!)
= Tepig ("IT'S BACON!" -Quote form a dog from the original "Beggin Strips" commercial)
