Some already know that I have an AU, with a story of about what happens to Steele, after Balto saved Nome.

In this AU, thanks to Steele's bad deeds, he lost his friends and followers, and since he didn't perform well in the medicinal race, his owner demoted him to a position behind the sled guide. His owner bought a new sled guide; Dakota. The story tells of being enemies, both of them; Steele and Dakota eventually fall in love and work together.

Here's the co-protagonist, the reference sheet of how Dakota looks like in this AU. Dakota is an OC, she doesn't appear in the original movies, she was created and designed by me.
Young, strong and agile Siberian husky, thirsty for success and fame. She was extremely happy to know that her new owner is the owner of the group of sled dogs that brought the antitoxin to Nome, and she felt even more fortunate when she appointed her as sled leader.
She has a haughty, presumptuous, mocking and competitive personality. She didn't hesitate to get noticed when she arrived at her new home. Steele didn't want her to take his lead position, but she quickly left him behind. She initially treats him as a subordinate.
