Some already know that I have an AU, with a story of about what happens to Steele, after Balto saved Nome.

In this AU, thanks to Steele's bad deeds, he lost his friends and followers, and since he didn't perform well in the medicinal race, his owner demoted him to a position behind the sled guide. His owner bought a new sled guide; Dakota. The story tells of being enemies, both of them; Steele and Dakota eventually fall in love and work together.

Here we have the reference sheet of how Aleu would look like in the AU (Although it can also be considered a redesign of the character) In this story Aleu is a secondary character that does appear. Right now, she is the leader of a pack of wild wolves in northern Alaska, and a current Niju mate.
Since she is the leader of her own pack of wolves, when she knows that a group of sled dogs cross her lands, and Steele is part of that group, she tells her pack members to let them pass, as she knows Steele since her youth when she lived in Nome.
We can notice that for her redesign, she is a little bigger and more muscular than her father Balto. Her personality is now a more mature and responsible one.
