Personality: Barris is calm, an easy going individual with the same demeanor all the time. Most of the time you can't really tell her other emotions due to her voice sounding monotone. You would me forgiven if you assumed she either Bored or sad. She can be friendly when meeting new people or be intimidating due to her height and size but never a doubt she still has the same expression on her face either being friend or foe. Even if you show her a good time with fun things to do or get on her bad side and your in combat with her don't be surprised if she once again has the same expression during all of it because that's how Barris expresses her emotion in the only way she knows how.
Likes: Butterflies, Ice cream, Testing new weapons. (even if they are very dangerous)
Dislikes: Eggplants, Ghosts, Prison's.
Bio: When Barris was born she was kept hidden from the world under the protection of Nada Groth. After Anzo Dragoon was captured, Nada didn't want to lose Barris either, Barris being an baby at the time. Nada raise Barris to be like her mother and maby one day they can find Anzo and reunite as a family again. When Nada was kiddnaped because of his power, this left Barris all alone. Both of her parents being taken away from her. She set out to find her parents. She mad a living off calming bounty's. Not only she was makeing a reputation but it was also putting a target on her back. A few individuals grew envious of her reputation, so they made a false bounty so set her up with the law enforcement. When Barris was realizing what was going on it was too late. The GFN caught her in the act she was falsely accused of breaking in a medical research facility. When she was given a sentence of 40 years. As Barris was caring out her sentence she was trying to figure out who set her up she was targeted by the warden of the prison who had a thing for pale skin women. The warden would constantly request Barris to come to her private quarters to have her do Lewd and Vulgar things, Barris would refuse to do any of these things for the warden. The warden would beat Barris where she would stand until she would agree to her demands. The more Barris would refuse the more the warden would beat her and extend her time at the prison. Barris would think this would be the end of her life. After the 83 years of the the beatings Barris began to notice that she was becoming more resistant to the wardens beatings. Even if Barris wanted to kill the warden she wouldn't be able to escape. Not only wanting to kill the warden but also wanting to escape too. She thought long and hard about it but came up with nothing. Until one fateful day Barris encountered another prison mate who was drawing pictures of Barris room. Barris caught the inmate and question the person the individual said there's a secret way out of here. Barris taking the info from the person she decided to befriend them and wanted to know if she wants to escape the prison. the person name is Chi. Barris and Chi made a plan to escape the prison. Barris would workout and purposely take beatings from the warden while Chi would sketch and build tech to make her part easy. Every now and then Barris would spot a Butterfly and would admire it. She would ask Chi what is it. Chi look dumbfounded on how Barris does not know what a butterfly is. Everyday Barris would do her routine but near the end she would watch the butterfly fly around. This kept putting a smile on Chi's face. Chi loved it when Barris did this, in return Chi crafted a metal butterfly, it would be a gift to Barris when they escape. The warden, spying on Chi and Barris and grew envious of Chi. On the day of the escape plan Chi went missing. This made Barris worried, thinking that someone may have found out about their plan she way called to the warden's office once more. When Barris arrived she saw Chi beaten, Barris Grew upset and was ready to kill the warden but was stoped by the warden pointing a gun at Chi's head. You know what to do, the warden said. Barris says fine just dont hurt her anymore. Barris embarrassingly did what the warden said not only infront of the warden but in front of Chi too. Barris ask, happy now. The warden said no and shoots Chi in the chest. Barris Yelling no!!! The warden telling Barris to silence, then the warden said what does she have that I don't. Barris being enraged she got up and attacked the warden, shrugging off the bullets the guards shot into her and punched the warden's right arm off and knocking her out. Before the guards could sound the alarm she took the warden's gun and shot them down. Barris immediately garbed Chi and procced with the plan. Barris stealthily got to the main ship that was in the plan. Before Barris could take off Chi told her to plant the bombs on the other ships so they would not be followed. As Barris was planting the bombs the alarm goes off. Barris seeing this Barris immediately went back to the ship and took off. They successfully escaped and didn't have anyone following them. Barris tending to Chi's wounds. Chi coughed and told Barris it to late for her she lost too much blood. Barris denied this. Chi reached in her pocket and gave Barris a black cube and said in this box is all my tech I invented over the years, I want you to have it, carry on my legacy. Chi! no! Barris yelled. It's all going to be ok. Chi grabs the metal butterfly from her shirt and holds her hand and said thank you as the rest of her life faded away leaving the metal butterfly in her hands. This would be the first time Barris would show that even though she has stuck with the same expression, she showed sadness. When Barris was free she would plan to return to the prison and take revenge on the warden that cause all this to happen. For the warden had survived.
Random Facts: Barris was my character I created for a game called Freedom Wars. Her name is a pun on Prison Bars and barcodes. Meant to be a one off character I liked the character so I kept her and gave her a purpose and since then she been a great edition to my OC's.
