Geekos are the "Siri" of a story a friend and I have been working on for years. Everyone in Isolone (the city the plot takes place) has a Geeko. Even when they don't know about it. Once someone has purchased a mobile device their Geeko will be activated. A Geeko can change it's shape to be whatever their owner wants it to be to give their owner a more comfortable experience. Some people even have their Geekos made to be lost family/friends/other stuff.

"I can do all sorts of things. Hehe, I can map out the quickest way home, make orders without you doing anything at all, and so much more, Master!" (Page 51)

A Geeko can imitate emotions to be more understanding and more of use to their owners.

*"I'm your Geeko! I'm supposed to be with you always, but it seems you've left your device at home. I assume, as an accident?" (Page 52)

"When you first got your phone, I was activated to assist you anyway I can!" (Page 52)

(They also have face recognition)
