Those seem to go hand in hand. Lots of people talk big and like to throw their weight around. Then all the shooting starts and they tuck tail and run. Also more likely to abandon their comrades to save their own hides. They can be a real danger to others if they're not rooted out.

They're lucky if they don't get fragged by their own men. Pretty sure there's still an unofficial "tradition" of sneaking live grenades into the beds of unpopular Officers. Kinda hard to prove too if nobody says a word.
