Hey guuuyyss! I finally made a commission sheet for my artwork! *Grinned sheepishly* It's been so long...because I've been taking commissions since last year already but i didn't have the official price lists yet until now ^^;

TERMS OF SERVICE:

GENERAL:
• By commissioning me, you agree to and accept my Terms of Service.
• I retain all rights to my artwork.
• All characters belong to their respective owners.
• If your commission involves an OC that does not belong to you or me, I reserve the right to contact the OC's owner to ensure that they have given you permission to commission art of the character.
• I reserve the right to deny a commission for any reason
• I reserve the right to upload/post the image wherever I want, unless you specifically ask me not to (If you tell me that you wish for it to be kept private, I will respect your wishes)
• I reserve the right to cancel a commission and provide a full refund

PAYMENT/REFUNDS:
• Payment must be made in full for you to claim a slot
• Once I complete the sketch, I will send it to you for approval before continuing to work on the piece
• If you wish to cancel a commission and get a full refund, you MUST cancel BEFORE I send the sketch for approval. Once I submit the sketch for approval, the artwork will only be eligible for a 50% refund (unless I am forced to cancel the commission for some reason. In which case, a full refund will be issued). Once I begin the shading phase, no refund will be given.
• An extra charge will be added on if you want me to change major parts of the art after you've approved the sketch.

POSTING:
• I will send you two versions of the final image: A full resolution image for your private use, and a resized version for you to upload to the internet. You may ONLY upload/share the resized version. You MAY NOT upload OR share the full resolution version.
• You may upload/post the resized version of the artwork wherever you wish, so long as you properly credit me.
• You may not use the artwork for profit/commercial use unless we discuss it prior to the sketch phase.
• I reserve the right to use the artwork for self promotion, advertisements, portfolio, prints, etc.
• You may NOT trace, edit or copy my artwork, or claim it as your own.
• You may NOT have another artist trace, edit or copy my artwork.
