NAME: Dylan Bailey

Born on the large island between southern Efrika and Tundra, Dylan made a choice early on to live on the land instead of in the sea. Estranged from his family and with few prospects elsewhere, the towering mobule spent most of his early professional life as a cook on a small trading barge skimming the Efrikan coast. When this employment dried up, he headed inland and inexplicably found himself cooking in the camps of the burgeoning Tropical Union. Fatefully, he was chosen by the captain of the VRC to join his team as heavy muscle, only to end up being their chef as well. Even as he traveled up and down the Wild Wastes in an armored truck, it was the first time Dylan had ever felt truly at home.

Dylan became sick through radiation exposure near the end of this tenure, and ended up dependent on painkillers. He killed his former captain decades after the group disbanded, but was found not guilty by reason of insanity.
