You need actual paint to paint something, a digital piece is not a painting, devalues real paintings. This piece isn't even bad, just don't misuse terms to inaccurately describe your work. You'll wind up getting reported for misinformation or some dumb shit. And I know this is all semantics but that's like calling an illustration a doodle or a fully colored and shaded piece a sketch.
Hello! Thanks so much for looking out for that, however, in the digital art community that is considered a painting, it's kind of like a word with different meanings when used in different contexts, I'm not saying that you are wrong, however, I'm not saying you're completely right either, I understand the place that you are coming from, for a while I used to think the same thing as well, but, between the digital and traditional branches of the art community some vocabulary and thoughts are shared, like the idea of painting. Tha is why when digital artists showcase their timelapses of a completely rendered piece they call it a speed paint, it's the same with a traditional piece, when someone records their drawing process and uploads it, it is called a "speed paint." i totally respect your opinion though! ^-^
