Well the problem is solved as of why hyenas are always giggling. They're secretly laughing gas pumps, if they don't laugh it builds up and balloons. 
Spazzyhyena apparently has gotten his snout tied shut and well that gas is just building up and ballooning him out into a large hyena balloon ^.^

I love this idea, Krbyme! You just made a genius invention. A balloon is already a big fun but a balloon who is laughing and ticklish while getting bigger through it makes it an awesome toy!
