On a similar note, I also got caught. Not singing Straight Up by Paula Abdul, but Raspberry Beret by Prince.
My usual singing embarrasment comes when in the car, usually about the point that I realise that the guy in the car next to me is giving me a reaaaaly odd look...and I realise that I'm singing, loudly...and that the window's open.
Don't think I've ever been caught singing in the house...had the living daylights scared out of me when I've got he headphones on though, which gets a similar reaction!
that is so embarassing when that happens!
