Well, a quick google search shows that you can get rectangular stainless steel soaker tubs for around $3500 US, plus another $500 to $1000 for installation, along with an appropriate faucet, it seems pretty reasonable to refit your bathroom to 'look' like a macro-scale sink.
If you want a less expensive option, find a metalworker with hydro qualifications and you could maybe get a custom 'sink-shaped' tub for a bit cheaper, depending on the cost of sheet metal. Watch out for sharp edges in that case though.
As for where to install it? I mean, sure you could put it in the kitchen, but it seems a bit awkward for dishwashing.

I'm... not seeing what's hard to understand here. If you look at the description of the pic, Star says: "I wonder how much it'll cost to get my kitchen fitted out with a sink big enough.....hmmm..." Well, this is how much it'll cost, probably. More now, since the above comment predates the great Russia/Ukraine fisticuffs, not to mention the... well... spoilers. But anyways, that's roughly how expensive it would be to purchase or make an actual human-scale 'sink' to bathe in.
It's amazing, really, what you can actually do if you look for ways to make stuff happen, and you've got deep enough pockets.
