I like the burning knotwork candles. Those look really neat! It's really cool to see a picture that focuses on what I guess you'd call the other side of Halloween/etc. Everybody focuses on dressing up like ghosts and zombies, and watching horror movies. And everyone forgets the more mystical, magical side of things and why we even have this holiday in the first place. That's something I think you've actually managed to evoke quite nicely with this piece, and it's actually kind of refreshing to see.

That's one of the reasons why I like her art. Shows that same attention to detail, that she puts into the subject of the piece. You eyes are drawn to the main subject by those little details. Faved

I celebrate Winternights, the Asatru holiday, around this time of year. This year I have a new drinking horn and I'm hoping to have people to celebrate it with, even if they're not strictly Heathen.

I did a 'furry' animation put to that song many years ago. I spent almost two years on it and was in the process of coloring when my (now ex) wife destroyed it, supposedly by accident.
