Rampage (rhino) and Blaque (dracula parrot) are supervillain characters I’ve had in my head for years, so I’m really happy to see them in art form. I’ve written about them before and while Blaque used to be a fully black feathered vulture I’m much happier with him as a dracula parrot.

Rampage works as an enforcer for a criminal gang and has the ability to absorb kinetic energy. This doesn’t protect him from getting shot or stabbed, which has given him a number of scars. If he absorbs enough kinetic energy he can duplicate himself into a copy of himself that can act on its own, but is subservient to the original.

Blaque is also a criminal enforcer for a different gang. Despite this, the two are good friends. Blaque has telekinesis and uses this to slay his victims without mercy. He is cunning, calculating, and clever when it comes to keeping himself in his current position within the cutthroat criminal underworld. Underneath all of this darkness though, Blaque holds the people he trusts in high regard and will defend them as fiercely as he would his own blood.

Here the two friends are engaged in a contest of strength; one of body and the other of mind. They are constantly testing their powers against each other, training themselves and each other to be the best they can be in their earned roles. The arm wrestling contest is even for now, but which one will weaken first? The rhino’s muscles or the dracula parrot’s mind?
