The entire point of Artie and his fellow animatronics in Artie's Pool Hall is to either be "rivals" to the Glamrocks or back up singers to the main band during large celebrations. The pool hall animatronics, sometimes called "The Glam Decos", mostly appeal to more mature audiences and often sing progressive rock songs or ballads. A power trio if you will.
