The side flab looks a bit odd when lines start overlapping each other, but it's still very good for just getting started in Flash, and there's little I enjoy more than seeing a pudging rootaur. ^^

Great job on this, the only hiccups are the occasional overlap of lines. =)

Holly cow! That must have taken a colossal amount of effort!

Part of it looks like he is gasping in air even without some showing of it. All in all it is a very nice made animation.

For some reason, the way his cheeks swell is amusing. It's a pretty good animation thatonly had one drawing frame of refernce (rather than mostly hand-drawn frames).

I think it turned out really well! I like the attention to detail you put in, adding extra art when he got bigger, etc rather than just using the tweens for size increases. I was never able to "get" Flash either, but I trust you have a much better start than I did. :>

Yeah, tweening is really unnatural to use. I'm feeling the same way when using Maya to animate :|. The computer wants to inbetween for you and you gotta learn it's limitations (by understanding what you want the imbetweens to do) before it looks natural. I'd much prefer just doing stop motion when it comes to rigged movement.

The animation itself looks okay. The extra assets make it look a bit more natural, but it's still kind of robotic movement wise. Remember to ease in and out the animation. Perhaps do it in stages? Multiple phwoomphs, rather than one long one. Three is a nice number to use. It keeps the tension up and has a little more of an impact if nothing else is moving.

Blue, I'm way impressed about what you can do with Flash so far. I know a lot how hard it can be to understand a program. The only thing here: Don't worry! You'll make some awesome flashes in future and your nice drawing skills will make me give you lots of faves, ahaha(~.=.^)

Flash is an ancient tool that hasn't evolved well with the times - it's not that you're not 'getting' it x3.
this is pretty good, I rather like it :3 but it looks a bit more like inflation than fattening, IMO.
